Q. What is your return policy?


Exchanges will be accepted within 21 days of the original shipment date or 14 days of the in store purchase date.

Items must be brought/sent back in original unworn condition with all tags still attached. Must be unworn, unwashed, and scent free. Must be clean. No deodorant stains, makeup, etc.

All clearance items are FINAL SALE. All accessories are FINAL SALE including cups, jewelry, scarves, and hats.

Damages must be reported prior to wearing the item and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. If your merchandise was defective we will gladly refund your money if the case meets our damages criteria.

Shipping an exchange back is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the shipping on the new item being exchanged. Please make sure to use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

After we've received your return and it's been approved and processed we will issue you a store credit code to redeem online in the form of a gift card. Once your return has been received by us please allow up to 1-2 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email with your gift card code.
Please note our items sell quickly, so we cannot guarantee an item will still be in stock if you need to exchange. You may have to take a store credit or choose a different item.
Gift certificates are non exchangeable and non refundable.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located right off the turnpike in Oklahoma City! Our address is 3529 W Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, Ok 73134. We are just off of Portland and Memorial. Right next to McAlister's! 


Q. What are your store hours?

A. Our store hours are Monday-Saturday 10:30-7 and closed Sunday. Our online store is open 24/7!


Q. When will my items ship?

A. Items will be shipped no later than the next business day before 12:00 but could be shipped as early the same business day before 5pm. 


Q. I see your Alo Yoga and Koral items on Facebook and Insta but why can't I see them on your website?

A. Alo Yoga and Koral have a policy where we can sell in store only. If you see an item on Facebook or Instagram simply just DM us the item you want and we can easily send over an invoice! 


Q. Do you sell men's clothing?

A. Unfortunately we do not at this time. We do offer a few unisex t-shirts! 


Q. Do you sell children's clothing?

A. We sure do! We offer a cute selection of little girls clothing sizes 7/8-13/14! We currently do not offer little boys clothing at this time but will in the future!
